About

Three decades of experience.

One mission: helping people with disabilities
build financial independence.

Without losing what they’ve already worked for.

Susan Gaudet has spent thirty years walking alongside people with disabilities through some of the most complicated, high-stakes moments of their lives. As the founder of Able Vocational Solutions, she brings deep expertise in vocational rehabilitation, Social Security benefits, and Medicare compliance. She pairs that rich experience with the kind of personal, one-on-one attention that larger organizations simply can’t offer.

Susan knows that for many of her clients, the fear of losing benefits is just as real as the desire to work. That’s why her approach always starts with understanding exactly where you are, before building a clear, honest path to where you want to be.

What is a

Certified Rehabilitation Counselor?

A CRC is a nationally credentialed professional specializing in helping people with disabilities achieve their personal, social, and vocational goals.

Earning the CRC designation requires a graduate-level education, supervised clinical experience, and passing a rigorous national examination. Maintaining the certification means ongoing continuing education.

It is the gold standard credential in the rehabilitation counseling field.
